Who is the event coordinator/contact person?




I affirm that:
  • I have read and agree to the Trinity Baptist’s Facility Use Policy.
  • I understand that Trinity Baptist Church does not allow its facilities to be used in a way that contradicts its faith or by persons or groups holding beliefs that contradict the church’s faith.
  • To the best of my knowledge the purpose for which I am requesting use of church facilities will not contradict the church faith, and I commit to promptly disclose any potential conflict of which I am aware or become aware to church staff.
  • I understand that upon approval of my facilities use request, I may need to provide a security deposit, a certificate of insurance, and any other fees required by Trinity Baptist Church.
  • I understand that Trinity Baptist Church generally limits the use of its facilities and grounds to active church members, and that my use of these facilities is subject to the church’s approval, which is conditioned in part on my agreement to the requirements in the Facility Use Policy.
  • I understand that I will be responsible for any damages to the church facilities resulting from the proposed use of facilities.
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Baptist Church for and from any claims of every nature whatsoever for personal injury and damages to property owned by Trinity Baptist Church arising out of the use of the facility.
  • Trinity Baptist Church believes disputes are to be worked out between parties without recourse to the courts. See, generally, Matthew 18 and 1 Corinthians 6. Accordingly, users of the facility agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through Christian mediation.
  • I will not put any tape on or pins in the wall to hang decorations.
  •  I understand that pets are not allowed inside any church facilities including the gym. 
  • I understand that I will be under video surveillance while using the TBC facilities.
  • I understand that no cleats are allowed inside the gym.
  • I understand that all necessary fees must be paid prior to my use of the TBC facilities, and any damages occurred or breaking of TBC rules during my use could result in additional fines.
