TBC's First Impressions Team is the welcoming face of our church. They're the first people you'll likely encounter, and they play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. We believe that first impressions matter, and our First Impressions team is dedicated to reflecting the love and hospitality of Christ to all who come to worship and fellowship with us. Local Missions
Our Local Missions Team is one of the ways that TBC is the hands and feet of Christ in the community. We desire to embody Christ's love as we serve our neighbors in tangible ways. Whether it's providing nourishment, offering support in times of crisis, or building accessibility for those in need, we believe in the power of action. Many of our opportunities involve hands-on work, from lifting and building to sorting and distributing. While some roles may involve administrative tasks, the ability to be mobile and physically involved is often essential. We're excited to be growing our outreach and developing new ways to serve.

Care Team
Our Care Team is a vision we're excited to bring to life soon! We envision this team as the heart of our church's compassion in action, embodying Christ's love by providing practical support and encouragement to those in our church family experiencing various life events and challenges.
We imagine the Care Team delivering warm meals to families in need or during times of celebration and grief, sending heartfelt cards of encouragement to new parents, those who are homebound, or those grieving a loss, and visiting members in hospitals and private homes, offering fellowship and prayer. We also hope to offer transportation assistance to appointments and other essential destinations for those who may need a ride. The Care Team, when formed, will strive to show God's love through acts of service, ensuring that everyone in our church knows they are cared for and supported.
We look forward to launching this important ministry and inviting others to join us in serving our community.

Maintenance Team
The Maintenance Team is a vital part of our church community, dedicated to keeping our facilities in excellent condition. This team of volunteers ensures that our church vehicles are well-maintained and safe for use. They also care for our building, addressing everything from minor repairs like changing light bulbs and painting, to other essential upkeep, creating a welcoming and functional environment for all. In addition, the Maintenance Team keeps our grounds looking their best, mowing the lawn, tending to landscaping, and ensuring our outdoor spaces are inviting. Their commitment and hard work are essential to the smooth operation of our church, allowing us to focus on our mission and ministry.
