Wedding Florist Policies

The policies which concern the work of a florist at Trinity Baptist Church are listed below. Members must share this form with the florist prior to the wedding. Florists, please fill out this form showing that you and your affiliates have been advised of these requirements.

The same rules apply for professional florists AND family members or friends working in place of a professional florist

I understand

Absolutely no tacks, nails, tape or other materials which may permanently deface the building or furnishings will be used in decorating.

Only drip-less candles will be used. A polyethylene liner must be placed under the candelabra to further protect the carpet.

SMOKING is not permitted in any part of our facility.

I understand

Flowers and decorations must be removed immediately following the wedding ceremony. The reason for this to give us time to prepare the building for the next day's worship.

The bride should instruct the florist if flowers and containers are to be left for use in a worship service.

You are responsible for clean-up after decorations have been set up.
