Wedding Photography + Videography Form

The policies which concern the work of a Photographer at Trinity Baptist Church are listed below. Bride/Groom, You must share these with your Photographer prior to the wedding. The Photographer and/or Videographer must sign this sheet showing that they have been advised of these requirements.

It is suggested that you arrange with the bride to be to take as many pictures as possible before the wedding.

The wedding is a WORSHIP SERVICE. The taking of pictures, videos, or movies should not distract in any way.

Remember that guests are waiting in the reception area following the ceremony. The Photographer and Bride should plan the shots that will be taken in advance.

The Pastor will be available immediately following the ceremony for pictures.

The Photographer must bring a protective cloth if he plans to stand on the pews to take pictures.
